Included in rental are basic cookware, silverware for 8, cups, plates, bowls, Keurig (bring your favorite flavor), toaster, smart TV*, fresh sheets, blankets, and pillows for bunk and queen bed, camping chairs, water tanks filled if requested, and two propane tanks.

3,000 watt gasoline generator can be attached for $25 per booked night.

Price:  $150 per night, plus insurance starting at $11 per booked day.   3 night minimum. ​

If requesting trailer delivery, an average delivery fee of $125 includes setup and pick up, based on distance.  Typically, within a 50-mile radius of Gilroy.
